PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS:
Free surveys and estimates for owners of permanent homes or investment homes. Free surveys and estimates are required for the following: - Exterior/Interior painting service in colours of your choice including making good as required
- Exterior woodwork maintenance
- Exterior ironwork painting
- Pressure wash patios, drives and poolside areas
- Clean Solar Panels
- Replacement of broken household fittings
- Installation of new household fittings supplied by client
- Builders Clean
- Deliveries of wood and/or heating oil
- Obtain quotes for work from specialised tradesmen and oversee work
GARDENING SERVICES:
Garden Maintenance Service for owners of permanent homes or investment homes. - Weeding, watering, tidying
- Feeding and pruning of your plants and shrubs
- From €15.00 per hour (including feed)
A free survey is required for the following: - Replacing damaged plants and shrubs
- Replanting and garden design
- Positioning plants to your requirements
- Laying membrane and gravel for low maintenance gardens
- Staining/varnishing of wooden garden furniture
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES:
A professional management package designed to your requirements at a realistic price. - 1 - Bed House (approx. 50m²): €40.00
- 2 - Bed House (approx. 80m²): €50.00
- 3 - Bed House (approx. 100m²): €60.00
- Larger Properties: Price on application (survey required)
Price includes airing the property; cleaning floors, balconies, windows & shutters; cleaning bathrooms and kitchen; dusting furniture & fittings; making up beds; turn on electricity & water; check appliances; replace light bulbs if necessary; check and clean oven and hob if necessary. - 1 - Bed House (approx. 50m²): €25.00
- 2 - Bed House (approx. 80m²): €35.00
- 3 - Bed House (approx. 100m²): €45.00
- Larger Properties: Price on application (survey required)
Price includes cleaning floors & balconies, cleaning bathrooms; change bed linen and towels. - Pre-season Spring Clean
- €75.00 based on 1 Bed House (approx. 50m²).
- Welcome Pack
- €20.00 (price includes bottled water, fruit juice, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, eggs & a bottle of wine).
- Additional items can be purchased on request.
- Emergency Call Out
- €25.00 plus materials (price includes assistance in case of emergency 7am – 7pm, for example, locked out, problems with services or appliances).
- One of our team will visit and try to remedy the problem.
- Should we be unable to solve the problem within 1 hour or need to call a specialist tradesman then additional costs would be incurred.
